REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT COVER LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat inner belt cover LH.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. A018LI7

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Remove the 4 bolts and No. 2 seat assembly LH.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD LH

      Disengage the 2 clips.

    2. A018KAR

      Disengage the hook.

    3. A018JHK

      Disengage the 8 hooks and remove the No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad LH.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A018LJX

      Remove the hog ring.

    2. A018IIP

      Remove the 10 hog rings and No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH from the rear seat cushion pad LH.

  6. REMOVE LOWER REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LH

      Disengage the 4 claws and guide, and remove the lower rear seat cushion hinge cover LH as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER CAP

      Disengage the claw and 2 guides, and remove the rear seat cushion hinge cover cap.

  8. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and guide, and remove the No. 3 rear seat cushion hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Disengage the 8 claws as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to remove the No. 2 seatback board sub-assembly LH.

  11. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 3 hooks.

    2. A018HW9

      Disengage the hook and remove the rear side seat band sub-assembly.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT COVER BEZEL (for LH Side)


    1. A018JJE

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 rear seat cover bezel.

  13. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 2 seat headrest support assemblies.

  14. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH

      Disengage the 4 hooks and remove the No. 2 seatback cover with pad LH.

  15. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 6 hog rings and No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly LH from the separate type rear seatback pad.

  16. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

      Disengage the hook and remove the No. 2 rear side seat band sub-assembly.

  17. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT HINGE COVER


    1. A018JHX

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 seat hinge cover.

  18. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT NO. 3 HINGE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 seat No. 3 hinge cover.

  19. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH (for LH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws and rear No. 2 seat reclining cover LH.

  20. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH (for LH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws and rear No. 2 seat reclining cover RH.

  21. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH

      Disengage the 4 cable clamps and remove the rear No. 2 seat cushion lock cable assembly LH.

  22. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 4 cable clamps and remove the rear No. 2 seat cushion lock cable assembly.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  24. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT COVER RH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat inner belt cover RH.

  25. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A018LFO

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the hook.

    3. A018KQ6

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the bolt.

    4. Remove the nut.

    5. Remove the 4 bolts and No. 2 seat assembly RH.

  26. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD RH

      Disengage the 2 clips.

    2. A018HE1

      Disengage the 13 hooks and remove the No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad RH.

  27. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the hog ring.

    2. A018HGJ

      Remove the 11 hog rings and No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly RH from the rear seat cushion pad RH.

  28. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER CAP

      Disengage the claw and 2 guides, and remove the rear seat cushion hinge cover cap.

  29. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and guide, and remove the No. 2 rear seat cushion hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  30. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and guide, and remove the No. 1 rear seat cushion hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  31. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH.

  32. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Disengage the 12 claws as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to remove the No. 2 seatback board sub-assembly RH.

  33. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      Disengage the hook and remove the rear side seat band sub-assembly.

  34. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT COVER BEZEL (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 rear seat cover bezel.

  35. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 2 seat headrest support assemblies.

  36. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH

      Disengage the 8 hooks and remove the No. 2 seatback cover with pad RH.

  37. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 6 hog rings and No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly RH from the No. 2 seatback pad RH.

  38. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      Disengage the hook and remove the No. 2 rear side seat band sub-assembly.

  39. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT NO. 4 HINGE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 seat No. 4 hinge cover.

  40. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT NO. 2 HINGE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 seat No. 2 hinge cover.

  41. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws and rear No. 2 seat reclining cover LH.

  42. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws and rear No. 2 seat reclining cover RH.

  43. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH

      Disengage the 4 cable clamps and remove the rear No. 2 seat cushion lock cable assembly RH.

  44. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 4 cable clamps and remove the rear No. 2 seat cushion lock cable assembly.
