REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY(for 60/40 Split Seat Type RH Side) INSTALLATION

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seat frame may injure your hands.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. Place the rear No. 1 seat assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Temporarily install the rear No. 1 seat assembly with the 5 bolts.

    3. A002CP8N01

      Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the rear No. 1 seat assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      36.7 N*m  { 374 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }
    4. A002B1FN01

      Tighten the 3 bolts on the rear side of the rear No. 1 seat assembly to install it.

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      36.7 N*m  { 374 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    5. w/ Seat Heater System or w/ Seat Belt Warning System:


      1. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE

  5. INSTALL REAR OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER


    1. Engage the 3 clips to install the rear outer seat track bracket cover.

  6. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER


    1. Engage the 2 clips to install the rear inner seat track bracket cover.

  7. INSTALL FRONT OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER

      Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides to install the front outer seat track cover as shown in the illustration.

  8. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER

    Use the same procedure as for the front outer seat track bracket cover.
