PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Install the rear seat outer track assembly RH to the rear seat track adjusting handle as shown in the illustration.

      Make sure the handle is straight when installing it, and check that it is centered.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER TRACK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Install the rear seat inner track assembly RH to the rear seat track adjusting handle as shown in the illustration.

      Make sure the handle is straight when installing it, and check that it is centered.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01QVW1

      Install the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH with the 6 nuts.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01QUUN

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, install the rear seatback frame sub-assembly to the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly with the 3 bolts as shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      Torx Bolt
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      Bolt
      64 N*m  { 653 kgf*cm, 47 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

      Engage the 8 cable clamps to install the rear seat reclining control cable.

    2. Install 2 new wire harness clamps.

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT TRACK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 6 cable clamps to install the No. 1 rear seat track control cable assembly.

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

      Engage the 2 cable clamps to install the No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable.

    2. Install 2 new wire harness clamps.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER

      Engage the 2 guides to install the rear seat cushion hinge cover.

  9. INSTALL RECLINING HINGE COVER


    1. A01QWMB

      Engage the guide and 2 claws to install the reclining hinge cover.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT HINGE COVER LH


    1. A01QW89

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat hinge cover LH with the screw.

  11. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER SHIELD COVER

      Engage the guide to install the rear No. 1 seat inner shield cover as shown in the illustration.

  12. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH


    1. A01QVHT

      Engage the clip and 5 claws to and install the rear No. 1 seat reclining cover RH.

    2. A01QVFO

      Engage the clamp.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT HINGE COVER


    1. A01QWRR

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the rear seat hinge cover with screw.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT REAR CUSHION MOULDING


    1. A01QVUH

      Engage the guide and 6 claws.

    2. Install the rear seat rear cushion moulding with the screw.

  15. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CENTER LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER RH

  17. INSTALL BELT PROTECTOR

  18. INSTALL SEAT HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

  19. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Using hog ring pliers, install 9 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover.

    2. A01QV7G

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover to the separate type rear seatback pad with 8 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover.

  20. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Engage the 2 hooks.

    2. w/ Seat Heater System:

        *a Clamp
        *b Wire Harness Clamp

        Engage the 2 clamps.

      2. Install the wire harness clamp.

      Engage the 12 hooks.

    4. A01QW6M

      Using hog ring pliers, install the rear seatback cover with pad with 2 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the rear seatback cover with pad.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the rear seatback cover with pad.

  21. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides to install the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  22. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

      Engage the 2 claws to install the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  23. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY


    1. for Center:

        Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear No. 1 seat headrest support assemblies.

    2. for RH Side:

        Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear No. 1 seat headrest support assemblies.

  24. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT COVER BEZEL


    1. A01QV43

      Install the rear No. 1 seat cover bezel with the 3 screws.

  25. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seatback lock striker covers.

  26. INSTALL NO. 2 RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER KNOB

      Engage the claw to install the No. 2 reclining remote control lever knob as shown in the illustration.

  27. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 4 guides and 11 claws as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to install the rear seatback board carpet assembly.

  28. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

      Engage the 4 claws to install the rear seatback cover RH.

  29. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seat cushion cover to the separate type rear seat cushion pad with 8 new hog rings.

      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

  33. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Engage the 19 hooks to install the rear seat cushion cover with pad.

  34. INSTALL SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

  35. CONNECT REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER HARNESS (w/ Seat Heater System)

      Engage the clamp to connect the rear seat cushion heater harness.

    2. Connect the connector.

  36. CONNECT REAR SEATBACK HEATER HARNESS (w/ Seat Heater System)

      Engage the 2 clamps to connect the rear seatback heater harness.

    2. Install a new wire harness clamp.

    3. Connect the connector.

    2. Connect the connector.

  38. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE (w/ Seat Belt Warning System)

    2. Install the rear seat hinge cover with the screw.

      Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

    6. Engage the hook.

  42. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER

      Engage the claw and guide to install the rear No. 1 seatback lock striker cover as shown in the illustration.

  43. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Install the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle with the 3 screws.

  44. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER CAP

      Engage the 3 claws to install the rear seat cover cap.

    2. Engage the clip and 9 claws to install the rear seat cushion moulding RH.

  47. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CENTER ARMREST COVER

      Install the rear No. 1 seat center armrest cover to the rear No. 1 seat center armrest pad as shown in the illustration.

    2. Close the fastener as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

  48. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  49. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST PLATE

      Install the No. 1 rear seat center armrest plate to the rear seat center armrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

  50. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the guide (A) as shown in the illustration.

    2. Engage the guide (B) and install the rear seat center armrest assembly and No. 2 rear seat center armrest plate with the bolt.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }
