REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY(for 60/40 Split Seat Type RH Side) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER RH

      Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the center armrest hinge cover RH as shown in the illustration.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the bolt and No. 2 rear seat center armrest plate.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat center armrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST PLATE

      Remove the No. 1 rear seat center armrest plate as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and remove the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CENTER ARMREST COVER


    1. Open the fastener as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

      Remove the rear No. 1 seat center armrest cover from the rear No. 1 seat center armrest pad as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT REAR CUSHION MOULDING RH

      Disengage the clip and 9 claws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat cushion moulding RH as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER CAP

      *a Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat cover cap as shown in the illustration.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle.

  10. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER


    1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and guide, and remove the rear No. 1 seatback lock striker cover as shown in the illustration.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *b Hog Ring

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. Disengage the hook.

      Remove the 2 screws.

    4. A01QV6R

      Disengage the 3 guides.

    5. Remove the wire harness clamp as shown in the illustration.

      Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat hinge cover.

  13. DISCONNECT REAR NO. 1 SEAT CENTER LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE (w/ Seat Belt Warning System)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the rear seat wire.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE (w/ Seat Heater System)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the rear seat wire.

  16. DISCONNECT REAR SEATBACK HEATER HARNESS (w/ Seat Heater System)

      *b Wire Harness Clamp

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the wire harness clamp.

    3. Disengage the 2 clamps and disconnect the rear seatback heater harness.

  17. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER HARNESS (w/ Seat Heater System)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the rear seat cushion heater harness.

  18. REMOVE SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 19 hooks and remove the rear seat cushion cover with pad.

  20. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Remove the 8 hog rings.

    2. A01QW1M

      Remove the 13 hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover RH.

  25. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 11 claws and 4 guides, and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

  26. REMOVE NO. 2 RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER KNOB


    1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the No. 2 reclining remote control lever knob as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

  27. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seatback lock striker covers.

  28. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT COVER BEZEL

      Remove the 3 screws and rear No. 1 seat cover bezel.

  29. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

        Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 1 seat headrest support assemblies.

    2. for Center:


      1. A01QUZF

        Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 1 seat headrest support assemblies.

  30. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  31. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides.

      Remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover as shown in the illustration.

  32. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

      Disengage the 12 hooks.

        Disengage the 2 clamps.

      Disengage the 2 hooks and remove the rear seatback cover with pad.

  33. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Remove the 8 hog rings.

    2. A01QVPB

      Remove the 9 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and guide, and remove the rear seat rear cushion moulding.

  39. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat hinge cover.

  40. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. A01QVHT

      Disengage the clip and 5 claws, and remove the rear No. 1 seat reclining cover RH.

  41. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER SHIELD COVER

      Disengage the guide and remove the rear No. 1 seat inner shield cover as shown in the illustration.

  42. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat hinge cover LH.

  43. REMOVE RECLINING HINGE COVER

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide and remove the reclining hinge cover.

  44. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER

      Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat cushion hinge cover.

  45. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

      Remove the 2 wire harness clamps.

    2. Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable.

  46. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT TRACK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 6 cable clamps and remove the No. 1 rear seat track control cable assembly.

  47. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

      Remove the 2 wire harness clamps.

    2. Disengage the 8 cable clamps and remove the rear seat reclining control cable.

  48. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 3 bolts and rear seatback frame sub-assembly from the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  49. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Lift up the rear seat track adjusting handle and move the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH to the foremost position.

      Remove the 6 nuts and rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH.

  50. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER TRACK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Using a screwdriver, remove the rear seat inner track assembly RH from the rear seat track adjusting handle as shown in the illustration.

      Insert the screwdriver into the hole shown in the illustration.

  51. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Using a screwdriver, remove the rear seat outer track assembly RH from the rear seat track adjusting handle as shown in the illustration.
