REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY(for 60/40 Split Seat Type LH Side) INSTALLATION

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seat frame may injure your hands.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. Place the rear No. 1 seat assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Temporarily install the rear No. 1 seat assembly with the 5 bolts.

    3. A0027I5N01

      Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the rear No. 1 seat assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      36.7 N*m  { 374 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }
    4. A0026UBN01

      Tighten the 3 bolts on the rear side of the rear No. 1 seat assembly to install it.

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      36.7 N*m  { 374 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    5. w/ Seat Heater System or w/ Seat Belt Warning System:


      1. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE

  4. INSTALL REAR OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER


    1. Engage the 3 clips to install the rear outer seat track bracket cover.

  5. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER


    1. Engage the 4 clips to install the rear inner seat track bracket cover.

  6. INSTALL FRONT OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER

      Engage the 2 claws and 3 guides to install the front outer seat track bracket cover as shown in the illustration.

  7. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER

      Engage the 2 claws and 3 guides to install the front inner seat track bracket cover as shown in the illustration.
