REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY(for 60/40 Split Seat Type LH Side) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER CAP

      *a Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat cover cap as shown in the illustration.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Remove the 3 screws and reclining adjuster release handle.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER


    1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and guide, and remove the rear No. 1 seatback lock striker cover as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01QVHZ

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. A01QUZA

      Remove the 2 screws.

    3. A01QVUQ

      Disengage the 3 guides.

    4. Remove the wire harness clamp as shown in the illustration.

      Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE (w/ Seat Belt Warning System)


    1. A01QVZ3

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the rear seat wire.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE (w/ Seat Heater System)


    1. A01QVGI

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the rear seat wire.

  7. DISCONNECT REAR SEATBACK HEATER HARNESS (w/ Seat Heater System)

      *b Wire Harness Clamp

      Remove the wire harness clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

    3. Disengage the 2 clamps and disconnect the rear seatback heater harness.

  8. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER HARNESS (w/ Seat Heater System)


    1. A01QWPP

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the rear seat cushion heater harness.

  9. REMOVE SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 14 hooks.

    2. A01QVA6

      Disengage the 2 hooks and remove the rear seat cushion cover with pad.

  11. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01QV7T

      Remove the 6 hog rings.

    2. A01QWKC

      Remove the 13 hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover from the separate type rear seat cushion pad.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 9 claws and 2 guides, and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

  15. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER KNOB


    1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the reclining remote control lever knob as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER

      *a Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seatback lock striker covers.

  17. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT COVER BEZEL


    1. A01QV2V

      Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 rear seat cover bezel.

  18. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 1 seat headrest support assemblies.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. A01QWHN

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. A01QW8A

      Disengage the 6 hooks.

    3. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. Remove the wire harness clamp.

        *b Wire Harness Clamp

        Disengage the clamp.

    4. A01QVZE

      Disengage the 2 hooks and remove the rear seatback cover with pad.

  20. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. A01QW2L

      Remove the 9 hog rings and the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type seatback pad.

  21. REMOVE SEAT HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

  22. REMOVE REAR SEAT REAR CUSHION MOULDING

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws.

    3. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat rear cushion moulding.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws.

    3. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LH

      1. Disengage the 2 clamps.

    2. Disengage the clamp.

      Disengage the clip and 2 guides, and remove the rear seat cushion hinge cover LH.

  25. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  26. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover LH.

  27. REMOVE RECLINING HINGE COVER LH

      Disengage the 3 guides and remove the reclining hinge cover LH.

  28. REMOVE NO. 4 REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

      Remove the 2 wire harness clamps.

    2. Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the No. 4 rear seat reclining control cable.

  29. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT TRACK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 6 cable clamps and remove the No. 1 rear seat track control cable assembly.

  30. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

      Remove the 2 wire harness clamps.

    2. Disengage the 8 cable clamps and remove the No. 3 rear seat reclining control cable.

  31. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01QVZ1

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 5 bolts and rear seatback frame sub-assembly from the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  32. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Lift up the rear seat track adjusting handle and move the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH to the foremost position.

      Remove the 6 nuts and rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH.

    3. A01QVZ2

      Remove the rear seat track rail bracket LH.

  33. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER TRACK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Using a screwdriver, remove the rear seat inner track assembly LH from the rear seat track adjusting handle as shown in the illustration.

      Insert the screwdriver into the hole shown in the illustration.

  34. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Using a screwdriver, remove the rear seat outer track assembly LH from the rear seat track adjusting handle as shown in the illustration.
