  1. INSPECT NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY

      Component without harness connected

      (No. 1 Interior Illumination Light Assembly)

      Apply battery voltage to the connector and check that the instrument panel ambient light comes on.

      OK
      Measurement Condition Condition Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → 2 (ILL+)

      Battery negative (-) → 1 (ILL-)

      		 Always Instrument panel ambient light comes on

      If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 interior illumination light assembly.
