  1. INSPECT TRANSPONDER KEY COIL

      Component without harness connected

      (Transponder Key Coil)

      Apply battery voltage to the connector and check that the ignition key cylinder light comes on.

      OK
      Measurement Condition Condition Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → 2 (ILL+)

      Battery negative (-) → 4 (ILL-)

      		 Always Ignition key cylinder light comes on

      If the result is not as specified, replace the transponder key coil.
