FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY(for Manual Seat) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)


    1. A002BVR

      Install the front seat belt anchor plate as shown in the illustration.

    2. A0028BHC01
      B004057 Protruding Part

      Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster.

    3. Engage the clamp.

    4. Connect the connector.

    5. Engage each clamp under the front seat assembly.

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)


    1. A002BD0

      Install the front seat belt anchor plate as shown in the illustration.

      Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster.

    3. Connect the connector.

    4. Engage each clamp under the front seat assembly.

  3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD (for Driver Side)

  4. INSTALL VERTICAL ADJUSTING HANDLE (for Driver Side)

  5. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE (for Driver Side)

  6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY
