| P1615 | Communication Error from Distance Control ECU to ECM |
DESCRIPTION
The driving support ECU assembly and ECM always communicate the data for vehicle general control and diagnosis function to each other via a communication line.
The driving support ECU assembly determines the distance, relative speed, and target deceleration speed based on the signals from the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly, and it sends a control demand signal to the ECM.
| DTC No. | Detection Item | DTC Detection Condition | Trouble Area |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1615 | Communication Error from Distance Control ECU to ECM | While the dynamic radar cruise control is either preparing for operation or operating, communication data from the driving support ECU assembly is logically inconsistent for a certain amount of time, the ECM stores this DTC. |
