ENGINE OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

  2. DRAIN ENGINE OIL

  3. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY LH

  4. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY


    1. A002AHQ

      Remove the nut and hose clamp from the cylinder block sub-assembly.

    2. A0027UIC01
      *1 No. 4 Water By-pass Hose
      *2 No. 5 Water By-pass Hose

      Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 4 water by-pass hose and No. 5 water by-pass hose from the oil cooler assembly.

    3. A0029DT

      Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and oil cooler assembly from the No. 1 oil cooler bracket.

    4. A002AYAC01
      *1 O-Ring
      *2 No. 1 Cylinder Block Insulator

      Remove the 2 O-rings and No. 1 cylinder block insulator from the No. 1 oil cooler bracket.
