VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY(When Not Using the Engine Support Bridge) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL4


    1. A0026ZJC02
      *1 No. 4 Solenoid Lock Plate
      *2 Shift Solenoid Valve SL4

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL4 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL4 and No. 4 solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10.8 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL3


    1. A002AQIC02
      *1 No. 3 Solenoid Lock Plate
      *2 Shift Solenoid Valve SL3

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL3 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL3 and No. 3 solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10.8 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLU


    1. A002AWBC01
      *1 Shift Solenoid Valve SLU

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SLU with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SLU to the transmission valve body assembly.

  4. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLT


    1. A002CH1C01
      *1 Solenoid Lock Plate
      *2 Shift Solenoid Valve SLT

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SLT with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SLT and solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10.8 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1


    1. A0029XCC01
      *1 Shift Solenoid Valve SL1

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL1 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL1 to the transmission valve body assembly.

  6. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL2


    1. A002888C01
      *1 Clamp
      *2 No. 2 Solenoid Lock Plate
      *3 Shift Solenoid Valve SL2

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL2 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL2, clamp and No. 2 solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve body assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      10.8 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  7. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL


    1. A002C6CC02
      *1 Shift Solenoid Valve SL

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10.8 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }
