RADIATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  4. REMOVE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

    Click here

  6. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 radiator hose.

  7. DISCONNECT RADIATOR RESERVE TANK HOSE

    Click here

  8. DISCONNECT INLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE

      Disengage the clamp to disconnect the inlet No. 1 oil cooler hose.

    2. Slide the clip and disconnect the inlet No. 1 oil cooler hose.

  9. DISCONNECT OUTLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE

      Slide the clip and disconnect the outlet No. 1 oil cooler hose.

  10. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the radiator assembly with the fan shroud assembly from the 2 lower radiator supports.

    2. Remove the 2 lower radiator supports from the vehicle body.

    3. Remove the 2 radiator supports from the radiator assembly.

      Disengage the 3 claws.

    5. Disengage the 3 guides to remove the fan shroud assembly from the radiator assembly.

      Note

      Do not damage the radiator assembly when removing the fan shroud assembly.
