GRILLE SHUTTER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

    Tech Tips

    When installing the radiator grille seal, heat the radiator shutter and radiator grille seal using a heat light.

    Heating Temperature
    Item Temperature
    Radiator Shutter 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

    Note

    Do not heat the radiator shutter excessively


    1. Clean the radiator shutter surface.


      1. Using a heat light, heat the radiator shutter surface.

      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the radiator shutter.

      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

      Install a new radiator grille seal.


      1. Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille seal.

      2. Remove the release paper from the new radiator grille seal.

        Tech Tips

        After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

      3. Install the radiator grille seal.

        Tech Tips

        Press the radiator grille seal firmly to install it.

  2. INSTALL SWING GRILL ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY

      Fully open the radiator shutter.

    2. A011Q3L

      Engage the 4 guides to install the swing grille actuator assembly.

  3. INSTALL MOTOR COVER


    1. A011PI3

      Engage the 2 guides and 4 claws to install the motor cover.
