FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FOG LIGHT CORD (for Sport Package)

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the grommet.

   2. Engage the 5 clamps to install the fog light cord.

   3. Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL LIGHT CONTROL LED ECU (for Sport Package)

   
   

   1. 

      Install the light control LED ECU with the 2 screws.

   2. Connect the connector.

3. INSTALL FOG LIGHT GASKET (for Sport Package)

   
   

   1. Completely remove the old fog light gasket.

   2. 

      *a	Release Paper
      *b	Tape
      *c	45°

      Partially remove the release paper, and cut off a piece of it.

   3. Fold the release paper over the tip of a screwdriver and fix it in place with tape.

   4. Using scissors, cut the end of a new fog light gasket at an angle (45°).

   5. 

      Set the fog light gasket into the groove so that the ends of the gasket are aligned with the bottom of the housing as shown in the illustration.

      A	10 mm (0.394 in.) or more

   6. Using the screwdriver, completely press the fog light gasket into the housing to install it.

   7. After pressing the fog light gasket completely, check that the ends overlap for 10 mm (0.394 in.) or more.

      Tech Tips

      Place the fog light gasket along the outside surface and press it in with the screwdriver to roll it into place. Then, set the fog light gasket at the center of the groove.

4. INSTALL FOG LIGHT LENS (for Sport Package)

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the 6 claws to install the fog light lens to the housing.

      Note

      
      

      • Check that all the claws are engaged.

      • Wear rubber gloves when handling the fog light lens.

      • If there are fingerprints on the back of the fog light lens, replace the fog light lens.

      • Do not allow dirt or foreign matter to get on the fog light lens.

   2. 

      Install the screw.
