FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FOG LIGHT BULB (for Standard)

   
   

   1. 

      Turn the fog light bulb as shown in the illustration to remove it.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

2. REMOVE FOG LIGHT LENS (for Sport Package)

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the screw.

   2. 

      Using a dryer, heat the backside of the fog light assembly.

      Note

      If the fog light assembly is heated unevenly, it will deform or melt.

   3. 

      Disengage the 6 claws to remove the fog light lens.

      Note

      
      

      • Wear rubber gloves when handling the fog light lens.

      • If there are fingerprints on the back of the fog light lens, replace the fog light lens.

      • Do not allow dirt or foreign matter to get on the fog light lens.

      Tech Tips

      If the fog light lens cannot be removed even after heating, using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, lift the fog light lens. Be careful not to damage the fog light lens and housing.

3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT GASKET (for Sport Package)

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the fog light gasket from the housing.

4. REMOVE LIGHT CONTROL LED ECU (for Sport Package)

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the connector.

   2. Remove the 2 screws and light control LED ECU.

5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT CORD (for Sport Package)

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the connector.

   2. Disengage the 5 clamps.

   3. Disengage the grommet to remove the fog light cord.
