HEADLIGHT CLEANER NOZZLE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A0021DEC01
      *a Push

      Disengage the claw and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose as shown in the illustration.

    2. A0021EJC02
      *a Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER LH


    1. A0022MEC02
      *a Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer cover LH as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
