VANITY LIGHT SWITCH INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT VISOR ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Inspect the vanity light switch.


      1. A011MO5C07
        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (Visor Assembly LH)
        *b Visor up
        *c Visor down
        *d Mirror Cover

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 - 2 Visor up 10 kΩ or higher
        1 - 2 Mirror cover fully closed with visor down 10 kΩ or higher
        1 - 2 Mirror cover fully open with visor down Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the visor assembly LH.

  2. INSPECT VISOR ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Inspect the vanity light switch.

        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (Visor Assembly RH)
        *b Visor up
        *c Visor down
        *d Mirror Cover

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 - 2 Visor up 10 kΩ or higher
        1 - 2 Mirror cover fully closed with visor down 10 kΩ or higher
        1 - 2 Mirror cover fully open with visor down Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the visor assembly RH.
