DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored if the radio receiver assembly receives a signal via CAN communication from the spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly that indicates an internal malfunction.

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

Note:

  • When "System initializing" is displayed on the multi-display after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, correct the steering angle neutral point.

  • Depending on the parts that are replaced or operations that are performed during vehicle inspection or maintenance, calibration of other systems as well as the parking assist monitor system may be needed.

    REPLACE SPIRAL CABLE WITH SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Replace the spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly.

    CHECK DTC OUTPUT


    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Click here


      1. Body Electrical > Navigation System > Clear DTCs


    2. Recheck for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.
