PARKING ASSIST MONITOR SYSTEM(w/ Parallel Parking Assist Function) TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the T1 rear television camera assembly connector.

      A0022CJN09
    2. Measure the voltage on the wire harness side connector according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      T1-6 (CB+) - Body ground B - Body ground Power source Power switch on (ACC) 5.5 to 7.05 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Measure the resistance on the wire harness side connector according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      T1-1 (CURT) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    4. Reconnect the T1 rear television camera assembly connector.

    5. Check for pulses between each terminal of the connector.

      Tech Tips

      A waterproof connector is used for the rear television camera assembly. Therefore, inspect the waveform at the radio receiver assembly with the connector connected.

      If the result is not as specified, the rear television camera assembly may be malfunctioning.
