PARKING ASSIST MONITOR SYSTEM(w/ Parallel Parking Assist Function) Guide Lines and Buttons are not Displayed for All Display Modes

DESCRIPTION

The radio receiver assembly receives luggage compartment door open/close signals from the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) via CAN communication. When the luggage compartment door is open, the camera aiming cannot be adjusted correctly because the rear television camera assembly is installed on the luggage compartment door. Therefore, when performing back camera position setting while the luggage compartment door is open, a luggage compartment door open warning message will be displayed on the screen and back camera position setting will be canceled.

Tech Tips

  • Check the parking assist monitor screen display mode settings. (Check that estimated course line display mode is selected.)

  • The luggage compartment door lock assembly is connected to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) by the vehicle wire harness.
