DESCRIPTION

Power is supplied to the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly illumination from the radio receiver assembly.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY ILLUMINATION POWER SOURCE)


    1. Disconnect the K68 and K117 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connectors.

      Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage

    1. Disconnect the K118 radio receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the K117 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    1. Disconnect the K75 radio receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the K68 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      K75-3 (ACC2) - K68-12 (ACC) Always Below 1 Ω
      K75-3 (ACC2) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
