DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when items controlled by the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) cannot be customized via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen.

  • The certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) controls the entry and start system (for Entry Function) related items that are customizable via the multi-display assembly screen (w/ Entry Function).

  • The certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) controls the push-button start related items that are customizable via the multi-display assembly screen (w/o Entry Function).

  4. CHECK CUSTOMIZE ITEMS


    1. Display the "Vehicle Customization" screen.

    2. Make a note of the customizable items for each certification ECU related system.

      The items shown as customizable via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen can also be changed using the GTS. In the following step, the GTS will be used.


      1. To match-up the items on the multi-display assembly with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the entry and start system (for Entry Function) related items that can be customized via the multi-display assembly screen (w/ Entry Function).

      2. To match-up the items on the multi-display assembly with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the push-button start related items that can be customized via the multi-display assembly screen (w/o Entry Function).

    3. Using the GTS, confirm that it is possible to change the settings of the customize parameters that are available for customization via the multi-display assembly screen.
