LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

   INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR TORSION BAR SUPPORT

   
   
   1. 

      Install a new luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration.

2. Click here

   INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR RH

   
   

   1. Check the identification mark on the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH.

      Identification Mark Color
      Pink

   2. 

      Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the left side of the vehicle body as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

   3. 

      Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration.

   4. 

      Using SST, install the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the luggage door hinge and the right side of the vehicle body as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

3. Click here

   INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR LH

   
   

   1. Check the identification mark on the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH.

      Identification Mark Color
      Green

   2. 

      Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the right side of the vehicle body as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

   3. 

      Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration.

   4. 

      Using SST, install the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the luggage door hinge and the left side of the vehicle body as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

   5. 

      Engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

   INSTALL FRONT UPPER LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER

   
   
   1. 

      Insert the front upper luggage compartment trim cover as shown in the illustration.

   2. 

      Install the front upper luggage compartment trim cover as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      Do not damage the front upper luggage compartment trim cover.

   3. 

      Engage the 3 guides.

   4. Install the front upper luggage compartment trim cover with the 7 clips.

5. Click here

   INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY

   INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH

   
   
   1. 

      Engage the clip and guide to install the luggage compartment trim cover RH.

   2. Install the 4 clips <A>.

   3. Install a new clip <B>.

   4. Install the 2 rope hook assembly with the 2 bolts.

   5. Engage the 4 claws to close the 2 covers.

7. Click here

   INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH

   
   
   1. 

      Engage the clip and guide to install the luggage compartment trim cover LH.

   2. Install the 4 clips <A>.

   3. Install a new clip <B>.

   4. Install the clips <C>.

   5. Install the 2 rope hook assembly with the 2 bolts.

   6. Engage the 4 claws to close the 2 covers.

   INSTALL NO. 2 ROOM PARTITION COVER (for Fold Down Seat Type)

   INSTALL NO. 1 ROOM PARTITION COVER (for Fold Down Seat Type)

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 room partition cover.

    INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type)

    INSTALL REAR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER

    
    

    1. Engage the 6 clips and install the rear luggage compartment trim cover.

    2. Install the 3 clips.

    INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER (for Fixed Seat Type)

    
    

    1. Install the 4 clips.

    2. Engage the 2 fasteners.

    3. Install the front luggage compartment trim cover with the 3 clips.

    INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER (for Fold Down Seat Type)

    
    

    1. Engage the 2 fasteners.

    2. Install the front luggage compartment trim cover with the 3 clips.

    INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM BOX

    
    

    1. Engage the 3 guides.

    2. Install the luggage compartment trim box with the 6 clips.

    1. Install the luggage compartment floor mat.
