| U0122 | Lost Communication with Vehicle Dynamics Control Module |
| U0124 | Lost Communication with Lateral Acceleration Sensor Module |
| U0126 | Lost Communication with Steering Angle Sensor Module |
| U0293 | Lost Communication with HV ECU |
DESCRIPTION
The absorber control ECU receives signals from the skid control ECU assembly, steering sensor, yaw rate sensor, ECM and hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly via CAN communication.
When DTCs indicating a CAN communication system malfunction are output, repair the CAN communication system first.
| DTC No. | Detection Item | DTC Detection Condition | Trouble Area | Warning Indicate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| U0101 | Lost Communication With TCM | While driving at 30 km/h (19 mph), CAN communication from the ECM stops for 6 seconds or more. |
|
Does not come on |
| U0122 | Lost Communication with Vehicle Dynamics Control Module | CAN communication from the skid control ECU assembly stops for 3 seconds or more. |
|
Does not come on |
| U0124 | Lost Communication with Lateral Acceleration Sensor Module | CAN communication from the yaw rate sensor stops for 3 seconds or more. |

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
Before performing troubleshooting, inspect the connectors of related circuits.
If DTC C1782 (Power Source Voltage Malfunction) is output at the same time, perform troubleshooting for C1782 first.
Before replacing the absorber control ECU, perform all of the following again: 1) symptom simulation ; 2) DTC inspection; and 3) GTS inspection (ECU Data List or Active TestClick here). If no malfunctions are found in other areas, replace the absorber control ECU.
When the absorber control ECU is replaced, switch to test mode and check that all test mode DTCs are cleared when their respective deletion conditions are met.
PROCEDURE
CHECK FOR DTC
Clear the DTCs.
Turn the power switch off.
Drive the vehicle at a speed of 30 km/h (19 mph) or more for 10 seconds or more.
Check for DTCs.
