KICK-DOWN SWITCH REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH (for LHD)

  2. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX INSERT (for LHD)

    Click here

  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for RHD)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH (for RHD)

    Click here

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH (for RHD)

    Click here

  6. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  7. REMOVE KICK DOWN SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

      Disconnect the clip from the body.

    2. A0021AA

      Turn back the floor carpet.

    3. A002286

      Disconnect the kick down switch assembly connector.

    4. Disconnect the clamp from the kick down switch assembly.

    5. A0023B5

      Remove the nut, 2 bolts and kick down switch assembly from the body.

  8. REMOVE KICK DOWN SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A0021EY

      Disconnect the clip from the body.

    2. A0021S5

      Turn back the floor carpet.

    3. A00235N

      Disconnect the kick down switch assembly connector.

    4. A0020HH

      Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and kick down switch assembly from the body.
