PROCEDURE
DRAIN ENGINE OIL
REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER
REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER LH
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine)
REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER BRACE
REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER (w/ No. 2 Engine Under Cover)
REMOVE POWER STEERING LINK ASSEMBLY (for LHD)
DISCONNECT WIRE HARNESS (for RHD)
Disconnect the 2 wire harness clamps.
Remove the bolt to disconnect the ground wire from the bracket.
DISCONNECT NO. 5 INVERTER COOLING HOSE (for RHD)
Disconnect the No. 5 inverter cooling hose clamp from the No. 1 front stabilizer bracket LH.
REMOVE NO. 2 INVERTER COOLING HOSE (for LHD)
Drain coolant (for Inverter).
Loosen the 2 hose clamps and remove the No. 2 inverter cooling hose.
REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

| *2 | No. 8 Water By-pass Hose |
Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the No. 7 water by-pass hose from the oil cooler assembly.
Note
Spray lubricant agent between the oil cooler assembly pipe and No. 7 water by-pass hose so that the No. 7 water by-pass hose can be disconnected easily.
Tech Tips
Use a cloth to prevent lubricant agent from spattering.
Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the No. 8 water by-pass hose from the oil cooler assembly.
Note
Spray lubricant agent between the oil cooler assembly pipe and No. 8 water by-pass hose so that the No. 8 water by-pass hose can be disconnected easily.

Remove the 2 nuts, 2 bolts and oil cooler assembly.
Remove the 2 oil cooler O-rings from the stiffening crankcase assembly.
