BATTERY BLOWER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the battery cooling blower assembly with the 2 bolts and nut.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • Be sure not to touch the fan part of the battery cooling blower assembly.

      • Do not lift the battery cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.

    2. Connect the battery cooling blower assembly connector and engage the clamp.

  2. INSTALL NO. 3 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT


    1. Slide the No. 3 hybrid battery intake duct to install the No. 3 hybrid battery intake duct to the battery cooling blower assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the 3 claws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT


    1. Install the No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct with the clip.

  5. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOM PARTITION COVER (for Fold Down Seat Type)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 room partition cover.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT SUB FLOOR PANEL (for Fold Down Seat Type)

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
