SUB RADIATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER

   Click here

2. DRAIN COOLANT (for Inverter)

   Click here

3. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

   Click here

4. REMOVE INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER

   Click here

5. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

   Click here

6. REMOVE HOOD LOCK RELEASE LEVER PROTECTOR

   Click here

7. DISCONNECT HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

   Click here

8. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY

   Click here

9. DISCONNECT ENGINE ROOM MAIN WIRE

   Click here

10. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

11. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

    
    

    1. 

       *1	Outlet Hybrid Radiator Hose
       *2	Inlet Hybrid Radiator Hose

       Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the outlet hybrid radiator hose and inlet hybrid radiator hose from the radiator assembly.

       Note

       Put pieces of cloth into the pipes and disconnected hoses or cover the pipes and hoses with plastic bags to prevent entry of foreign matter.

    2. 

       Remove the 2 bolts from the radiator assembly.

    3. Disengage the 2 clamps and remove the radiator assembly.
