HYBRID CONTROL SYSTEM Transmission Control Switch Circuit

DESCRIPTION

When the shift lever is in S, different ranges can be chosen using the floor shift sequential gate.

PROCEDURE


  1. READ VALUE USING GTS (SPORTS MODE)


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Data List / Sports Mode.


      Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Data List
      Tester Display
      Sports Mode
    4. Read the value displayed on the GTS.


      Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Data List

    1. Disconnect the K80 transmission control switch (transmission floor shift assembly) connector.

    1. Disconnect the K33 power management control ECU connector.

    2. Disconnect the K26 spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly connector.

      Remove the PM-IGCT fuse from the No. 1 engine room relay block and No. 1 junction block assembly.

      *4 ECU-ACC Fuse

      Remove the AM2 fuse, IGN No. 1 fuse and ECU-ACC fuse from the instrument panel junction block assembly.

    4. Disconnect the K26 spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly connector.

      If the power switch is turned on (IG) with the power management control ECU connector disconnected, other DTCs will be stored. After performing the inspection, clear the DTCs.

    6. Disconnect the K80 transmission control switch (transmission floor shift assembly) connector.

    8. Reconnect the K80 transmission control switch (transmission floor shift assembly) connector.

    9. Reconnect the K26 spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly connector.

    10. Reconnect the A62, A63, K32 and K33 power management control ECU connectors.

    11. Install the AM2 fuse, IGN No. 1 fuse and ECU-ACC fuse.

    12. Install the PM-IGCT fuse.

  9. INSPECT FUSE (SEQUENTIAL)

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
