POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Position Memory System)


    1. A011Q5HC02
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Multiplex Network Master Switch Assembly)

      Check that the LED illuminates.


      1. Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the multiplex network master switch assembly and check that the LED illuminates.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Specified Condition

        Auxiliary battery positive (+) → 18 (LED)

        Auxiliary battery negative (-) → 12 (GND)

        		 LED illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the multiplex network master switch assembly.

  2. INSPECT MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/o Seat Position Memory System)


    1. A011NBVC03
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Multiplex Network Master Switch Assembly)

      Check that the LED illuminates.


      1. Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the multiplex network master switch assembly and check that the LED illuminates.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Specified Condition

        Auxiliary battery positive (+) → 19 (LED)

        Auxiliary battery negative (-) → 17 (GND)

        		 LED illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the multiplex network master switch assembly.
