FRONT CONSOLE BOX INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY


    1. A0020LR

      Engage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the console box assembly with the 6 bolts.

    3. Connect each connector.

  2. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 6 claws, 2 clips and guide to install the console box register assembly.

  3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER


    1. Install the instrument panel cup holder with the 4 screws.

  4. INSTALL LEXUS DISPLAY AUDIO CONTROLLER (for Radio and Display Type)

  5. INSTALL REMOTE TOUCH (for Multi-Media Module Receiver Type)

    Click here

  6. INSTALL CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 11 claws, clip and 7 guides.

    3. Move the shift lever to P.

    4. Install the console panel sub-assembly with the screw.

  7. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT


    1. A0022O5N01

      Push the front No. 2 console box insert in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) in the illustration to engage the guide.

    2. Push the front No. 2 console box insert in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) in the illustration to engage the clip to install the front No. 2 console box insert.

  8. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX INSERT

      Push the front No. 1 console box insert in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) in the illustration to engage the guide.

    2. Push the front No. 1 console box insert in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) in the illustration to engage the clip to install the front No. 1 console box insert.

  9. INSTALL FRONT PANEL GARNISH RH


    1. Engage the 5 clips.

    2. Install the front panel garnish RH with the 2 screws.

  10. INSTALL FRONT PANEL GARNISH LH


    1. Engage the 5 clips.

    2. Install the front panel garnish LH with the 2 screws.

  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH


    1. for Hard Type:


      1. A0022FVN01

        Push the instrument panel finish panel end RH in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) in the illustration to engage the 3 guides.

      2. Push the instrument panel finish panel end RH in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) in the illustration to engage the 3 clips to install the instrument panel finish panel end RH.

    2. for Soft Type:


      1. A0021T7N01

        Push the instrument panel finish panel end RH in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) in the illustration to engage the 4 guides.

      2. Push the instrument panel finish panel end RH in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) in the illustration to engage the 3 claws and 2 clips to install the instrument panel finish panel end RH.

  12. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH


    1. for Hard Type:


      1. A002344N01

        Push the instrument panel finish panel end LH in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) in the illustration to engage the 3 guides.

      2. Push the instrument panel finish panel end LH in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) in the illustration to engage the 3 clips to install the instrument panel finish panel end LH.

    2. for Soft Type:


      1. A00238UN01

        Push the instrument panel finish panel end LH in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) in the illustration to engage the 4 guides.

      2. Push the instrument panel finish panel end LH in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) in the illustration to engage the 3 claws and 2 clips to install the instrument panel finish panel end LH.

  13. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0022YK

      Turn the shift lever knob sub-assembly clockwise to install it.

    2. A00211P

      Engage the claw to connect the shift hole cover sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
