HEATER WATER PUMP INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEATER WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A01MRL4C02
      *a Reference Point
      *b Marking (Orange)
      *c Clip Installation Angle (-15 to 15°)

      Using the reference point, connect the inlet heater water hose with the marking (orange) facing up and engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not apply excessive force to the inlet heater water hose.

    2. A01MT1WC02
      *a Reference Point
      *b Marking (Yellow)
      *c Clip Installation Angle (-15 to 15°)

      Using the reference point, connect the outlet heater water hose with the marking (yellow) facing up and engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not apply excessive force to the outlet heater water hose.

    3. Install the heater water pump assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

    4. Engage the clamp.

    5. Connect the connector.
