PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

    Click here

  3. REMOVE STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE QUICK HEATER ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. B003YKM

      Remove the screw.

    3. B003YGC

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the quick heater assembly as shown in the illustration.
