REFRIGERANT LINE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL PIPING CLAMP


    1. Remove the vinyl tape from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A and liquid tube sub-assembly A.

    2. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surfaces of the liquid tube sub-assembly A.

      Compressor Oil
      ND-OIL 11 or equivalent

    3. Install the 2 O-rings to the liquid tube sub-assembly A.

    4. Install the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A to the liquid tube sub-assembly A.

      *b Incorrect
      *c No Gap
      *d Gap

      Install the piping clamp to the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.

      Note

      Make sure that the piping clamp is engaged securely with no gap.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (for HID Headlight)

  4. CHARGE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH REFRIGERANT (for HFC-134a(R134a))

  5. CHARGE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH REFRIGERANT (for HFO-1234yf(R1234yf))

  6. WARM UP COMPRESSOR (for HFC-134a(R134a))

  7. WARM UP COMPRESSOR (for HFO-1234yf(R1234yf))

  8. INSPECT FOR REFRIGERANT LEAK (for HFC-134a(R134a))
