REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Fixed Seat Type)

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Fixed Seat Type)

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the guide and temporarily install the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

   2. Fully tighten the bolt (A) first, then the bolt (B).

      Torque:

      Bolt (A)

      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

      Bolt (B)

      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

   3. Check that the ELR locks.

      Note

      The check should be performed with the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH installed.

      
      

      1. With the belt assembly installed, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.

3. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type)

4. INSTALL CENTER STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY WITH COVER (for Fixed Seat Type)

   Click here

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER (for Fixed Seat Type)

   Click here

6. CONNECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Fixed Seat Type)

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Protruding Part

      Connect the floor anchor of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      Torque:

      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      
      

      • Install the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH with the arrow on the anchor part facing the front of the vehicle.

      • Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

   2. w/ Rear Seat Belt Warning:

      
      

      1. Connect the connector.

      2. Engage the clamp.

7. CONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Fixed Seat Type)

8. CONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for Fixed Seat Type)

       *1	Rear Center Seat lap type Belt Assembly
       *a	Protruding Part

       Install the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly LH and floor anchor of the rear center seat lap type belt assembly with the bolt.

       Torque:

       42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

       Note

       
       

       • Install the rear center seat lap type belt assembly with the arrow on the anchor part facing the front of the vehicle.

       • Do not allow the anchor part of the rear center seat lap type belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the floor panel.

    2. w/ Rear Seat Belt Warning:

       
       

       1. Connect the connector.

       2. Engage the clamp.

19. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

    
    
    1. 

       *a	Protruding Part

       Install the rear seat inner belt assembly with the bolt.

       Torque:

       42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

       Note

       
       

       • Install the rear seat inner belt assembly with the arrow on the anchor part facing the front of the vehicle.

       • Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the floor panel.

    2. w/ Rear Seat Belt Warning:

       
       

       1. Connect the connector.

       2. Engage the clamp.
