PROCEDURE

    INSPECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Fixed Seat Type)


    1. A011OM9C01
      *a Retractor
      *b Unlock
      *c Lock
      *d 45°

      Before installing the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH, check the ELR function.

      Note:

      Do not disassemble the retractor.


      1. When the inclination of the retractor is 15° or less, check that the belt can be pulled from the retractor. When the inclination of the retractor is over 45°, check that the belt locks.

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH.

    2. Check the switch of the rear seat belt warning system. (w/ Rear Sat Belt Warning)

        Component without harness connected

        (Rear Seat Inner with Center Belt Assembly LH)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 - 2 Rear seat belt LH unfastened Below 1 Ω
        1 - 2 Rear seat belt LH fastened 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH.

    INSPECT REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Seat Belt Warning for Fold Down Seat Type)

      (Rear No. 1 Seat Inner Belt Assembly LH)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 2 Rear seat belt LH unfastened Below 1 Ω
      1 - 2 Rear seat belt LH fastened 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly LH.

      4 - 5 Rear center seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω
      4 - 5 Rear center seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner belt assembly.
