FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER(for Power Seat) REMOVAL

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seat frame and adjuster may injure your hands.

  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

  2. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER (for Standard Seat Type)

    Click here

  3. DISCONNECT FRONT SEATBACK PAD WITH COVER (for Sports Seat Type)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER NO. 1 CUSHION SHIELD

    Click here

  5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

    Click here

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD

    Click here

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD (for Standard Seat Type)

      Disengage the fastener and separate the front seat airbag assembly wire harness.

    2. A011NJY

      Disconnect the connector.

    3. Disengage the clamp.

    4. A011O06

      Disengage the 3 clamps.

    5. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    6. A011PTK

      for Front Passenger Side:


      1. Disengage the claw to remove the connector.

    7. A011N5Q

      Disengage the 12 hooks and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad.

  8. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER (SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER) (for Standard Seat Type)

    Tech Tips

    The front seat cushion heater cannot be removed from the separate type front seat cushion cover as they are a unit.

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

    2. A011ONX

      Remove the 18 hog rings and front seat cushion heater (separate type front seat cushion cover) from the separate type front seat cushion pad.

  9. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER (FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD WITH COVER) (for Sports Seat Type)

    Tech Tips

    The front seat cushion heater cannot be removed from the front seat cushion pad with cover as they are a unit.
