LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

   Click here

2. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER (for Standard Seat Type)

   Click here

3. DISCONNECT FRONT SEATBACK PAD WITH COVER (for Sports Seat Type)

   Click here

4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER NO. 1 CUSHION SHIELD

   Click here

5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

   Click here

6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD

   Click here

7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

   Click here

8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for Standard Seat Type)

   
   

   1. w/ Seat Heater System:

      
      

      1. 

         Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the clamp.

   2. w/ Climate Control Seat System:

      
      

      1. 

         Disengage the 2 claws to separate the seatback climate control blower from the separate type front seatback pad.

   3. 

      *a

      Bracket

      Remove the 2 nuts and disengage the 3 brackets.

   4. Remove the separate type front seatback cover with pad.

9. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK PAD WITH COVER (for Sports Seat Type)

   
   

   1. w/ Seat Heater System:

      
      

      1. 

         Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the clamp.

   2. w/ Climate Control Seat System:

      
      

      1. 

         Disengage the 2 claws to separate the seatback climate control blower from the front seatback pad with cover.

   3. 

      *a

      Bracket

      Remove the 2 nuts and disengage the 2 brackets.

   4. Remove the front seatback pad with cover.

10. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR

    Click here

11. REMOVE LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY

    
    

    1. 

       Disconnect the connector from the lumbar support adjuster assembly.

    2. Disengage the clamp.

    3. 

       Disengage the 2 claws.

    4. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the lumbar support adjuster assembly from the front seatback frame sub-assembly.

12. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK HOOK
