REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Fold Down Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH


    1. A011P64

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH from the rear side seatback pad with frame RH.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER RH (for RH Side)

      Loosen the bolt and remove the rear seat hinge cover RH with the rear seat hinge sub-assembly RH.

    2. A011NQO

      Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear seat hinge cover RH from the rear seat hinge sub-assembly RH.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL (for RH Side)


    1. A011PAM

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the rear seatback lock control bezel.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH (for RH Side)


    1. A011OVZ

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear seatback lock cover RH.

  6. REMOVE REAR UPPER SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 5 claws to remove the rear upper seatback lock bezel.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 23 claws of the separate type rear seatback cover RH from the rear seatback board sub-assembly RH.

    2. A011QAH

      Disengage the 7 claws to remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly RH.

  8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)


    1. A011NN9

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    2. A011M8AN01

      Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

  9. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH (for RH Side)

      Remove the 8 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover RH from the separate type rear seatback pad RH.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR (for RH Side)

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seatback lock striker protector.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

    1. Disengage the lock clip as shown in the illustration.

    2. A011OXI

      Remove the screw.

    3. Disengage the 4 guides and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly RH.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws and 2 bolts.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seatback lock sub-assembly RH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER LH (for LH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  14. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides.

    2. A011OZS

      Disconnect the rear seat shoulder belt cover from rear center seat lap type belt assembly to remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover as shown in the illustration.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL (for LH Side)

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER LH (for LH Side)

  18. REMOVE REAR UPPER SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL (for LH Side)

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 27 claws of the separate type rear seatback cover LH from the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.

    2. A011PJU

      Disengage the 10 claws to remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)


    1. A011NZ2

      Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat center armrest assembly.

  21. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER LH (for LH Side)


    1. A011QAD

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the center armrest hinge cover LH.

  22. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER (for LH Side)


    1. A011QIK

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 bushes.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the center armrest hinge cover with the center armrest hinge.

    3. A011QG8

      Disengage the 6 guides to remove the center armrest hinge cover from the center armrest hinge.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 2 hooks as shown in the illustration.

    2. A011P0M

      Remove the 2 screws.

    3. A011NS5

      Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly.

  24. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    2. A011Q4E

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

      *a Rubber Band

      Disconnect the rear center seat lap type belt assembly from the rubber band of the separate type rear seatback cover with pad.

    4. Disconnect the separate type rear seatback cover with pad as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

    5. Pass the rear center seat lap type belt assembly through the separate type rear seatback cover with pad to remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad.

  25. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH (for LH Side)

      Remove the 8 hog rings.

    2. A011PT5

      Remove the 8 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover LH from the separate type rear seatback pad LH.

      Remove the 2 nuts and rear seatback bracket from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  31. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT BELT CAP RH

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the child restraint seat belt cap RH.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the other 3 child restraint seat belt caps RH.

  32. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Remove the 56 hog rings.

    2. Remove the 32 hog rings and bench type rear seat cushion cover from the bench type rear seat cushion pad.

  33. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT BELT CAP LH

      Disengage the guide to remove the child restraint seat belt cap LH.
