REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Fixed Seat Type) REASSEMBLY

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seat frame may injure your hands.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT BELT CAP LH

  2. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

    Click here

  3. INSTALL CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT BELT CAP RH

    Click here

  4. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. Temporarily install the bench type rear seatback cover to the bench type rear seatback pad.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install 18 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seatback cover.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seatback cover to the bench type rear seatback pad with 35 new hog rings.

      • Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seatback cover.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

      Engage the 12 claws to install the 6 rear seat headrest supports.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH


    1. A011OYD

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH with the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH


    1. A011NXD

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH with the 2 screws.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER SHOULDER BELT GUIDE

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat center shoulder belt guide with the 2 screws.
