DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when a power seat motor operates (a position control sensor is being supplied with power) and the power supply voltage does not rise to the specified value.

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH (DRIVER SEAT) - SLIDE MOTOR (FRONT SEAT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY (DRIVER SEAT)))


    1. Disconnect the b12*1 or a7*2 front power seat switch (driver seat) connector.

    2. Disconnect the b9*1 or a1*2 slide motor (front seat adjuster assembly (driver seat)) connector.


      • *1: for LHD

      • *2: for RHD

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      for LHD

      b12-5 (SSRS) - b9-2 (O/P) Always Below 1 Ω
      b12-5 (SSRS) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      b9-2 (O/P) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      b12-1 (SGND) - b9-3 (GND) Always Below 1 Ω
      b12-1 (SGND) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      b9-3 (GND) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      for RHD

      a7-5 (SSRS) - a1-2 (O/P) Always Below 1 Ω
      a7-5 (SSRS) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

    1. Reconnect the b9*1 or a1*2 slide motor (front seat adjuster assembly (driver seat)) connector.


      • *1: for LHD

      • *2: for RHD

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
