TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN FRONT DISC BRAKE BLEEDER PLUG
Tech Tips
Fully tighten the front disc brake bleeder plug after bleeding the system.
INSTALL FRONT DISC BRAKE BLEEDER PLUG CAP
INSTALL PISTON SEAL

Lithium Soap Base Glycol Grease |
Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to the entire circumference of 4 new piston seals.
Install the 4 piston seals to the front disc brake cylinder.
Note
Securely install the piston seal into the groove of the front disc brake cylinder.
INSTALL FRONT DISC BRAKE PISTON

Lithium Soap Base Glycol Grease |
Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to the entire circumference of 4 new cylinder boots.
Install the 4 cylinder boots to the 4 front disc brake pistons.
Apply a light layer of lithium soap base glycol grease to the contact surfaces of the 4 front disc brake pistons, and install them to the front disc brake cylinder.
Note
Do not forcibly install the front disc brake piston into the front disc brake cylinder.
INSTALL CYLINDER BOOT

| *3 | Front Disc Brake Piston |
Install the 4 cylinder boots to the dust seal retainers of the front disc brake cylinder and the groove of the front disc brake pistons.
Note
Securely install the cylinder boots into the front disc brake cylinder and grooves of the front disc brake piston.
Do not damage the cylinder boots.
