SHIFT LEVER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for 2GR-FSE)

  2. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for 8AR-FTS)

  3. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 FLOOR HEAT INSULATOR

    Click here

  4. SEPARATE FLOOR SHIFT GEAR SHIFTING ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Move the shift lever to N.

      *a Lever

      Remove the nut and separate the floor shift gear shifting rod sub-assembly from the lever of the transmission floor shift assembly.

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX DUCT


    1. B003T4T

      Disconnect the 2 clamps from the No. 1 console box duct.

    2. B003TEQ

      Remove the 2 clips and No. 1 console box duct.

  7. REMOVE TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY


    1. B003TNW

      Disconnect the transmission control switch connector.

    2. Disconnect the 4 clamps from the transmission floor shift assembly.

    3. B003WPA

      Disconnect the shift lock control ECU connector.

    4. B003VXU

      Remove the 4 bolts and transmission floor shift assembly from the body.
