VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY(for 8AR-FTS) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL ELECTROMAGNETIC OIL PUMP (w/ Stop And Start System)


    1. Coat the O-ring of the electromagnetic oil pump with ATF.

    2. A01MW5Q

      Install the electromagnetic oil pump to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • When reusing the electromagnetic oil pump, inspect the O-ring.

      • Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing the electromagnetic oil pump.

  2. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL5) VALVE

    1. Install the solenoid (SL5) valve.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  3. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL3) VALVE

    1. Install the solenoid (SL3) valve.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  4. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL4) VALVE

    1. Install the solenoid (SL4) valve.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  5. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL2) VALVE


    1. A01MX3R

      Install the solenoid (SL2) valve.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  6. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL1) VALVE

    1. Install the solenoid (SL1) valve.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  7. INSTALL SOLENOID (SLT) VALVE

    A01MVCY

    1. Install the solenoid (SLT) valve.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  8. INSTALL SOLENOID (SLU) VALVE

    A01MXL9

    1. Install the solenoid (SLU) valve.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  9. INSTALL SOLENOID LOCK PLATE


    1. A01MWZW

      Install the solenoid lock plate with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL SOLENOID (SC2) VALVE


    1. A01MWHU

      Install the solenoid (SC2) valve with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL SOLENOID (SC1) VALVE


    1. A01MVZ0

      Install the solenoid (SC1) valve with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }
