KICK-DOWN SWITCH INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL KICK DOWN SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Install the kick down switch assembly to the body with the nut and 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the clamp to the kick down switch assembly.

    3. Connect the kick down switch assembly connector.

      Install the floor carpet to the original position.

    5. Connect the clip to the body.

  2. INSTALL KICK DOWN SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. Install the kick down switch assembly to the body with the 2 nuts and bolt.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the kick down switch assembly connector.

      Install the floor carpet to the original position.

    4. Connect the clip to the body.

  6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH (for RHD)

  7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for RHD)

  8. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX INSERT (for LHD)

  9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH (for LHD)
