PROCEDURE
REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
REMOVE INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER
REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER
REMOVE ENGINE ROOM ECU OUTLET DUCT
DISCONNECT ENGINE ROOM MAIN WIRE
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY
REMOVE RADIATOR HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY
DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY
Disconnect the No. 2 radiator hose sub-assembly from the radiator hose clamp.
Remove the radiator hose clamp from the fan shroud assembly.
Remove the bolt to disconnect the No. 2 radiator hose sub-assembly from the fan shroud assembly.
REMOVE FAN SHROUD ASSEMBLY
REMOVE COOLING FAN WIRE
for Cooling Fan Motor 240 W + 240 W Type:
Disconnect the cooling fan wire connector.
Disengage the 3 clamps to remove the cooling fan wire.
for Cooling Fan Motor 300 W + 300 W Type:

Disengage the claw and raise the lock lever to disconnect the No. 2 cooling fan motor connector as shown in the illustration.
Disengage the 2 clamps to remove the cooling fan wire.
REMOVE FAN
for Cooling Fan Motor 240 W + 240 W Type:
Remove the nut and fan.
for Cooling Fan Motor 300 W + 300 W Type:
Remove the 3 screws and fan.
REMOVE NO. 2 FAN
for Cooling Fan Motor 240 W + 240 W Type:
Remove the nut and No. 2 fan.
for Cooling Fan Motor 300 W + 300 W Type:
Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 fan.
REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR
for Cooling Fan Motor 240 W + 240 W Type:
Disconnect the cooling fan motor connector.
Disengage the clamp.
Remove the 3 screws and cooling fan motor.
for Cooling Fan Motor 300 W + 300 W Type:
Remove the 5 screws and cooling fan motor.
REMOVE NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR
for Cooling Fan Motor 240 W + 240 W Type:
Disconnect the No. 2 cooling fan motor connector.
Disengage the clamp.
Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 cooling fan motor.
for Cooling Fan Motor 300 W + 300 W Type:
Remove the 5 screws and No. 2 cooling fan motor.
