WATER PUMP INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL ELECTRIC WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the electric water pump assembly to the water pump bracket sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

   2. Engage the No. 2 intercooler cooling water hose clamp to the water pump bracket sub-assembly.

   3. Connect the No. 4 intercooler cooling water hose to the electric water pump assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

   4. Connect the No. 5 intercooler cooling water hose to the electric water pump assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

   5. Connect the electric water pump assembly connector.

4. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER
