WATER PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  2. DRAIN COOLANT (for Intercooler)

    Click here

  3. REMOVE ELECTRIC WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A01MX16

      Disconnect the electric water pump assembly connector.

    2. A01MY83

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 5 intercooler cooling water hose from the electric water pump assembly.

    3. A01MWKL

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 4 intercooler cooling water hose from the electric water pump assembly.

    4. A01MYAN

      Disengage the No. 2 intercooler cooling water hose clamp from the electric water pump bracket sub-assembly.

    5. A01MWQ2

      Remove the 2 bolts and electric water pump assembly from the water pump bracket sub-assembly.
