FUEL PUMP ECU INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP CONTROL ECU BRACKET


    1. Install the fuel pump control ECU bracket with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP CONTROL ECU


    1. Install the fuel pump control ECU to the body with the nut.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not reuse the fuel pump control ECU if it has been dropped or subjected to a severe impact.

    2. Connect the fuel pump control ECU connector.

    3. B003VRUN01

      Install the 4 clips (A).

    4. Install the a new clip (B).

    5. Install the rope hook assembly with the bolt.

    6. Engage the 2 claws to close the cover.

  3. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER (for Fixed Seat Type)

  5. INSTALL REAR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER

  6. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH

    Click here

  7. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH

    Click here

  8. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER TRAY RH (w/ Spare Tire)

  9. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER TRAY LH (w/ Spare Tire)

  10. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER TRAY (w/o Spare Tire)

    Click here

  11. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT
